Healthy day, I'm Coach Herb and as a dedicated personal trainer and seasoned fitness coach, I bring 14 certified years and a lifetime of experience to the table. My unwavering passion lies in helping individuals maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. From my early days in grade school, I was captivated by the intricate workings of the human body and the fascinating interplay of science within it.

My journey has been multifaceted—I’ve not only honed my skills through rigorous academic studies, but I’ve also walked the path of an athlete myself.
