Service Description
Some example types of couple trainings... 1. Iso Pair- Where each trainee works out as an individual but joins forces based on pace, through music and energy, competing to finish first as well as together. 2. Team First- Here the goal is for the couple to work together in order to complete a fitness challenge through reps, time and/or distance.
